After-Hours Labor Any work between 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM +$200
  • Flat rates cover dock labor and equipment for palletized dry freight in sound condition. Cross-docking and transloading price off the palletized unit count; palletized container devanning is one flat rate regardless of pallet count, whether the container is a 20' or a 40'.
  • Floor-loaded and hand-stacked containers, non-standard pallet sizes and irregular or damaged freight are quoted after a quick review — send the container details and a number comes back the same business day.
  • Restacking starts at $50 per pallet and moves with case count and any added work such as separating damaged goods, re-labeling or segregation.
  • A flat $200 after-hours charge applies to any work performed between 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM, on top of the service rate. Fuel, weekend labor and special handling are quoted separately, and hazmat, temperature-controlled and food-grade freight are not accepted without prior approval.
  • No storage charges on any job, because we do not store freight — every load ships within five days.
  • Volume and contract pricing available for recurring lanes.

Good to know

Common questions

What do you need to quote?

Commodity, container or pallet count, whether freight is floor-loaded or palletized, the dates involved, and the destination. That is usually enough for firm pricing.

Do you store freight?

No — never. We are a true cross-dock terminal, not a warehouse. Freight is worked and shipped out within five days, with no storage or warehousing programs offered at any term.

Can you handle floor-loaded containers?

Yes. Hand devanning of floor-loaded containers with palletizing to your spec is core work for us, including high-piece-count loads.

How fast can you take a load?

Scheduled freight is typically worked the day it arrives. Emergency reworks and refused loads are handled as capacity allows — call before routing the driver.

What are you not set up for?

Hazmat, temperature-controlled and food-grade freight are not accepted unless specifically approved in advance. Ask before booking.

Who do I deal with?

The same people every time. There is no call center between you and the dock.

Tell us what the freight needs.

Describe the job in a few lines and we will confirm whether we can take it, when, and what it costs.
